Artist based on the prairies of North Dakota
Art is the only thing I have ever really wanted to do. Being an artist has been my dream from the very beginning. I have never wanted to get rich from my artwork. Instead, I want to be able to make enough to be able to give it away. I believe art brings people together. It heals, it brightens the world. Case Art isn't just another art store, it is my way of helping others through art.
I was driving home from teaching a painting class one afternoon. A train was blocking the road that I normally take so I had to skirt around it to the south. I turned down prairie road 18th Ave. NE. I was taken back by the dark clouds ahead of me. Contrasting against the green spring wheat fields. I had to stop and take a picture. Everything was so vivid because the rain had just passed over. The next day that photo started its transformation into this painting. The wide open landscapes of North Dakota truly have my heart.
Prairie Road is 36 x 24 x 2 inches on stretched canvas. It is gallery wrapped and ready to hang. It comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

No matter where life takes me, I vow to never stop using my art to help others. The talents we are given are meant to be cultivated and to be used to improve the lives of our fellow humans. It is a greater gift to give of these talents than it is to use them simply for personal gain.
