Artist based on the prairies of North Dakota
Art is the only thing I have ever really wanted to do. Being an artist has been my dream from the very beginning. I have never wanted to get rich from my artwork. Instead, I want to be able to make enough to be able to give it away. I believe art brings people together. It heals, it brightens the world. Case Art isn't just another art store, it is my way of helping others through art.
In late September I took a trip through heaven with my uncle as my guide. I painted my way through the Beartooth Mountains and Yellowstone into Glacier National Park. Taking 1000's of photos along the way. This image is one of those thousands of photos. The saw is an authentic crosscut saw. It was found here on my uncles ranch. It shows the years in the spots of rust and broken handle, but it is in these marks that the beauty is found.
Saw is 60 x 6.75" and the image is 27 x 6" It is painting with oil paints on a primed surface. More images are available upon request, katrina.case.artist@gmail.com
I also have a selections of smaller hand saw for custom paintings with the image of your choice.
Shipping is free inside the continental United States. Reasonable offers always considered.
No matter where life takes me, I vow to never stop using my art to help others. The talents we are given are meant to be cultivated and to be used to improve the lives of our fellow humans. It is a greater gift to give of these talents than it is to use them simply for personal gain.
