The prairies of North Dakota

Art is the only thing I have ever really wanted to do. Being an artist has been my dream from the very beginning. I have never wanted to get rich from my artwork. Instead, I want to be able to make enough to be able to give it away. I believe art brings people together. It heals, it brightens the world. Case Art isn't just another art store, it is my way of helping others through art.
American Indian tribes used dotted gayfeather for both food and medicinal purposes. The Kiowa gathered the roots in the spring when they were sweet and baked them over a fire. Gayfeather roots were said to vary greatly in palatability.
It is another of my favorite native wildflowers that dress the prairie in summertime color.
Dotted Gayfeather is 10 x 8 inches framed to 14 x 11 inches. Watercolor and dried flower on paper.
No matter where life takes me, I vow to never stop using my art to help others. The talents we are given are meant to be cultivated and to be used to improve the lives of our fellow humans. It is a greater gift to give of these talents than it is to use them simply for personal gain.
She painted “Fire In The Sky” for me from a photo I took…. It’s amazing, and I’ll probably have another done.
My house is filled with her art! She’s done a commission of my precious dog and I find myself staring at it every day. She captured his personality and everything! I also buy her prints too and frame them. They definitely add to the aesthetic of my home! Her talent goes beyond measure!
I have bought several pieces from her over the years. Always very impressed with her Talent and amazing works of art she’s produces. Each one expresses the natural beauty of world around us.
Thoughtful and Beautiful art. The artist can capture your very idea and present it on canvas.
