Artist based on the prairies of North Dakota
Art is the only thing I have ever really wanted to do. Being an artist has been my dream from the very beginning. I have never wanted to get rich from my artwork. Instead, I want to be able to make enough to be able to give it away. I believe art brings people together. It heals, it brightens the world. Case Art isn't just another art store, it is my way of helping others through art.
Northern Minnesota's landscape dominated by the cedar swamps. Unlike the typical images that come to mind when you hear the word swamp; these bogs, marches, wetlands are home to countless wildlife and are simply majestic. There is a beauty to this area that is solely unique. One cannot just stroll through it, but needs to forage through with a canon or kayak. You don't hear the noise of engines or people. Instead the call of a loon. The howl of a wolf. The sharp cry of a march hawk. It is a beautiful symphony of nature.
Cedar Swamp Sunrise is a celebration of a new day in this wilderness that most of only seen in photographs. It is an 8 x 8 inch oil painting on stretched canvas. It is gallery wrapped, wired and ready to hang. It comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
No matter where life takes me, I vow to never stop using my art to help others. The talents we are given are meant to be cultivated and to be used to improve the lives of our fellow humans. It is a greater gift to give of these talents than it is to use them simply for personal gain.
